The chain of rings seems to be pulled tighter than optimal when skirting around a coin. Maybe add another link in that portion around each coin, and using a smaller ring size to connect the line of that chain that goes around each coin? Oh, and for adjacent pairs of coins, where they're connected by two rings next to each other (or, rather, small chains of 3, but ignoring the ones that connect directly to the coin), those rings should be connected so the chain that skirts around the whole thing doesn't get broken at that point.

Who knows if that made any sense.
