Knuckles and Espio are copyright and trademarked by SEGA.
It took a while, but Knuckles managed to escape Espio's scissor hold. Knuckles gets back up but from the look on his face, he didn't like those legs wrapped around him. I'm pretty sure though there were some watching this fight had a really good view and angle though of Espio and Knuckles' feet during that hold. Knuckles turns around and looks like he'll press on his attack against Espio. Espio is on the ground but is not afraid even when it looks like Knuckles is about to attack. Oh-ho! Espio launches a low kick right at Knuckles' ankle. That had to hurt! An exclamation point just doesn't pop out of nowhere for no reason.....
