Knuckles and Espio get into their fighting stances and suddenly the lights dim as if this would be not just a sparring match. This was as if it were a fight that has been years in the making. Some may even wonder if the Earth had suddenly stopped when these two were about to face against each other. Knuckles attacks first but Espio is already on his guard and blocks his attacks.
I really liked how FeetyMcFoot made the effect where the room became dark as they faced against each other. It was as if this were a fighting game. There was an Arcade fighting game in the Sonic universe that eventually would have a comic book arc in the Archie Comic series.
