Wolf's Rain is really a high recomand anime. I think the story is just wonderful and the music is by Yoko Kanno. She is the same composer for Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in a Shell and Darker than Black. If you familar with her works go check the OST of Wolf's Rain, it's wonderful.
