That is James' soon to be new Character Lexi, A Granbull Caretaker/Nanny to many babies at either TurtleReef or Dragons Nest. She loves nothing more than babying others and showing them off. Mercury's also learning to never underestimate a mother's strength. This is could also be Kimos way of hiding in the Kingdom since Lexi won't let guards anywhere near her baby puppy. She finds Mona in a Snubull suit adorable and too make sure he doesn't wander off, she has him on one of those baby leashes. Under Monas orders Mercury isn't allowed to do anything to her, this also tends to happen to Mercury if he gets fussy. Many of the Island residents like to laugh at their predicament, but Kimo loves it and Mona is sleepy from the walk. The residents do their not to laugh at Mercury, but there is a giggle or chuckle out of them since Merc may end up wearing one of them.

JamesG will have a better description of Lexi when a Ref is available, but thats about how she is, the strong motherly type.
