What was that bang? did the neighbor get a small gun and start shooting it off? Well there's a bunch of squeaking too... what's going on over there. You poke your head over the fence and see various shiny orbs bobbing around in her grasp. One collection of frazzled shards tells you what the bang was as you notice that she's out here busting balloons. She notices you and starts to squeeze down on one of the bigger ones, and sinking down into a large purple balloon as well. These won't be long for this world, but your neighbor seems to have an affinity for making a show out of popping them. Maybe you should add any you have in your own home. She certainly looks enthusiastic about busting them.
