I imagine they only become more sensitive (as well as softer) as they get fatter. Imagine how wonderful it would feel to be a "bigsmol" blubber blob being pampered by just one giant, those massive (yet gentle) hands tenderly caressing every crevice of your silky smooth and quivering globular mass of mushy helplessness. Now imagine if there was en entire "cuddle horde" of giants doing that to you!
