Xavier Reference 2020 (SFW Version)
UGH, this is finally finished! This reference was ~4 months in the making, really pushed to finish this 2 months ago but school work really put a pause on that.
I really wanted to make a new reference for my sharky boi, I felt like my old one doesn't reflect my current drawing ability. My mindset was that if I did do another reference then I do not just want to copy my old design as well, I wanted to introduce changes I thought would've been neat and made me more willing to do a meaningful reference.
Also this is macro/micro theme because I hid a smol dino boi somewhere for ya'll to find, kinda like a where's waldo situation xD.
Edit: My original submission is way too large for FA to produce a thumbnail so I changed the submission to a more compressed version. You can find the full version of this ref sheet below!

Really loving how you make them shiny wrinkly soles bud. Definitely caught my attention right as I checked on this haha! No wonder he's lurking around there somewhere~
But overall, this new Xavier is looking so goddamn marvellous, what with his overly menacing appearance accompanied with all that muscle. I wonder what kind of nature this big shark could possibly have though <3

Thank you! Yeah even though I made him look like total dom material, I didn't want to specify personality traits or anything so that I'm free to include him in a wide variety of situations, I didn't want him to be solely categorized as a big mean stompy shark (even though he really is :P).
