Somewhere in Paris, there saw some big lovely cat that was attracting a lot of attention lately, especially from male cats. When Penelope saw this, she felt left out. Fearing she might've lost her touch, she had an idea when she saw some guy who was making balloons with the tank.

The bloke leaves to get something from a food vendor nearby, leaving Penelope the perfect opportunity to use the tank to make herself look bigger. She took some balloons that were tied down from the nuzzle and starts sucking up all the balloons until she gets a very big, bloated belly.
