she's named after my favorite red wolf pup from my local zoo who just got transferred to another zoo to contribute to the breeding program

Boca was bred in captivity as part of a breeding program. In an effort at increasing the numbers for her critically endangered species, she was eventually released into the wild fit with a radio collar to be monitored.

Personality ::

Boca is friendly and outgoing despite being rather alone in her search for others of her kind. She is driven by curiosity and high energy, often ending up nosing her way into trouble with her adventurous mindset. Being easily impressed and naive towards the world, she's enthusiastic to meet new acquaintances and see new places. She has a fondness for the beach, and a familiarity of humans that other wild animals lack as well. Having a tomboy-ish demeanor, Boca finds joy in rough-housing and getting dirty. Often times, she ends up accidentally getting herself in danger thanks to her reckless actions and inexperience in her new environment (WIP)
