Now, I know what you're thinking. This animal looks completely dead. Well, you're wrong. This wombat is just asleep, and it's completely natural for it to look that way. Wombats sleep on their sides or their backs, so this one is just enjoying its nap thoroughly. I didn't realize how big wombats can actually be, because this one was probably about three feet long! I think if I had a wombat for a pet, and it was a boy, I'd name him Sherman. Like, as in Sherman tank!
