I had a lot of fun drawing Kiko the Kangaroo yesterday ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/37787274/ ), so thought, what other kangaroos could I draw in a 30s rubberhose style? The answer was  shadowsoldierxander who often finds himself turned into a kangaroo in his various transformative misadventures. So, this rubberhose style is a lot of fun. And it's rather comforting to draw characters you can just flood-fill parts of; it seems to be quite the timesaver. I grant his patterns are more complicated than an actual 30s cartoon character could support but maybe this is a publicity still.

There's stuff you can fault Terrytoons for, but they knew how to design a kangaroo that's fun to draw.
