My very dear goat man, Hemingway!
Actually, he's a non-standard humanoid creature with goat-like features, but can also shape-shift into other species.

His kind of shape-shifting power requires lots of focus to maintain the form so usually he prefers to stay himself and shape-shift into a human (or other) only when necessary.
Has freaky eyes with three pupils. They're sensitive. He needs his shades.
Long neck and greasy fur.
