So, there was a guy named Louis Wain who liked to paint anthropomorphic cats. When I saw his paintings and read a little about his life it made me happy and i was inspired to draw this piece.

I can imagine if Louis Wain were alive today, he'd have an account here on FA. He did beautiful work.

agree! think he would like the furry fandom haha. such a classical anthropomorphic painter should be more known for his art and story here :)

great art! I'm saad Louis isn't alive today so he could get medication and more help

but yeah he was definitely kinda a furry he drew a LOT of anthro cats
