Sorry if I sound offensive but here's my critique of the picture:
1) The body under the black parts seems okay and looks smooth. Of course the color has alot to do with it. I can see the muscles underneath fairly well.
2) The purple skin is rough and the color is flat. I'm guessing the skin was the hardest part. Right or Wrong?
3) The left wing surprised me. I can see that it was going to be colored a meaty brown on the underside or the main arm then left as is. The body outline and the one on the wing are kinda rough.
Overall it seems the darker parts were easier than the lighter ones and the artist did the best he could on it. Good effort and dedication though, Keep Drawing!!
