The pic was inspired by this song
Rustle of bushes, claws scratching the undergrowth, flickers in the shadows, low and guttural roars.
The forest is tinged with scarlet reflections full of adverse omens.
An ambush, like only feral creatures can orchestrate it. Prince Borgon and his adventure companion Norrec ended up in it completely. Trying to change the path was useless.
Probably, the pack considered them two easy prey.
And while the first beasts are already abandoning the green mantle and showing themselves in all their might and ferocity, the warriors give up fleeing and take action.
The hand of one goes to the pommel of the sword tied to the waist, that of the other grabs a stalk of plantain flower that has come out of nowhere, and turns it into cold bluish steel.
With the beasts approaching them, Borgon and Norrec each put themselves in their own fighting pose.
The prince's lips open while, grinding his fangs, he whispers to his companion: "I know I ask too much, but... try not to kill them, ok?"
After all, the pack has every reason to attack them.
But an obvious answer isn't long in coming from the silver dragon: "You're kidding me, right?"
The dawn of the following day would see the epilogue of that battle.
Broken branches, ashed bushes and the clear signs of a struggle.
No body, however.
Only the quiet ambience of a summer day, the sounds of forest animals echoing all around, and in the air the smell left by some traces of wolf blood...A very cool idea I came up with my good friend Norrec. Prince Borgon and his sona are ambushed by a pack of hungry (and angry) wolves. Will they return home safe?

Interesting music choice for this fight. Sounded like a boss where, after the wolves pounce and are driven back, they merge into a massive wolf and to make a powerful strike, then disperse again into a pack to continue individual attacks.
If I may suggest, try it with this theme, your highness :D It's probably not as epic as what inspired you, but I feel it has just enough tension to fit the scene:
