This is Vertigo. Being a part of a race of near-extinct mythical creatures of legend, she was forced into hiding along with her family. Hiding each day, however, grew boring, and she found herself a passion in food.

At first, eating. Then, gathering. And then, after witnessing human capability, she grew to adore the concept of preparation, and aspired to one day own an eatery of her own. Just a nice place out in the forest for Pokemon and the occasional lost human.

Well, through some efforts of her, her friends, and a lot of luck, they got the town to create a bylaw that Mew catching was strictly prohibited by trainers, allowing them to come out of hiding and slowly incorporate themselves into society. Vertigo, stars in her eyes, immediately got herself hired at a fancy, though not well known restaurant, where her dream has officially begun.

She is named Vertigo because, like many of the others in her family, she has solely focused on developing a single technique to ultimate perfection. That technique is Confusion, and she advanced it to a state where she can manipulate a target's sense of balance and even wipe their short-term memory. This was quite useful when caught in a pinch.

She hopes she doesn't have to do it anymore.

Oh, and before anyone asks, she's serving a family of caterpie. Hence why the food is so small. Reason for everything.

Also, FYI, she is not Butters. NOBODY is Butters. Except Butters.
