oh hey he is still fun to draw
he is not really one of those elves, I don't truly know what he is and that's fine
and he has prosthetic legs from the knee down, which now reminds me of Aimee Mullins, she had some pretty fancy glass legs and cat legs in Cremaster 3.
Maybe he was born without legs too, rather than losing them in some accident

If you want to draw him; his costume is pretty variable as long as it's red-orange and white.
