The following was taken from [REDACTED] on August 17th, 2020. It is unknown who drew this or left the following note.

This image's meaning, along with the note left behind, have yet to be uncovered, at least by [REDACTED]. If you focus long enough, you feel as if you can hear static-filled laughter, along other sounds of unknown origin.
I feel as if I needed to do something completely random today, so I just.. did this trying to test out layers.. I wanted to add a glow effect, but I gave up midway. It's lackluster, but.. eh.

I saw this and initially got scared. I'm not good with horror stuff. I always interprete too much into it. No matter who it is about, I don't wish anybody to be plagued by anguish and sadness.

Gah, sorry. Didn't mean to upload it with that intention.
It is sort of half vent (I'm okay right now, thank you for checking in though!), but the other half was mostly to figure out how to use glow effects, layers, whatnot... plus I kinda like glitchy/corrupted aesthetics. I didn't really do so well here, haha.
