A creaking hatchway suddenly gives way to reveal an unusually dressed rodent. On the other side of a nearby door steam bellows out shrouding the shower cubical in a misty haze. Fright retrieves an unsettling object from within the shallows of the pooling waters.


[Author notes: (Spoiler Caution) Don't panic!. From an author's point of view, this upcoming scene had me particularly worried. As the subject matter is a bit grim. But all in all a more realistic depiction of mental health. I do feel it will grow a bit more insight into Fright as a character. But I also worry about those who are currently undergoing similar difficulties in life. ((For those who desire the next page to remain a mystery read no further then this sentence.)) As the next scene may contain some implied attempted self harm. I also don't like going too melancholy so don't expect it to be a blood bath so to speak. If you do suffer from such difficulties know that you are not alone. There's help even in the most unexpected of places. You matter and there is better for you in the future. Make sure your basic needs are being satisfied. Check if your hungry, thirsty, clean sometimes it's just as simple as taking care of your necessities. My ramblings aside.
