I sketched this out in November, but never got around to coloring it until recently.
My inspiration for this came from this song: So Fabulous!! (Only One Remix). The original So Fabulous!! some fantastic dancing and lots and lots of bubbles.
So, I was aiming for something really gaudy and obnoxious, like the song. I ended up with a sparkle tiger. Whoops. Enjoy!
