Sort of a journal in a submission here...
Just saying sorry and acknowledging that I have been generally unavailable recently.
I don't have, like, art block or anything, just some stuff happening. I don't really feel like there's any reason I need to go into any personal details like a lot of people do.
I should be around more, give it a few days or whatever.

Maybe more importantly, if you have sent me a note in the last week and have not received a reply, please note me again and I will get back to you.

I can't decide if this is tongue-in-cheek or not (the apology form seems like it, but not the comment beneath) but I think any reasonable person will realise that sometimes there are more important things for you to do than provide their next hit of art, and even if that were not the case you don't exist solely to cater to their every whim.
