As part of some recent storywork that'll be posted up on here in due time,  lionkinglover12 had suggested a character for me to use. Was quite fun working the character up from the suggestions~ So, here he is in art form~

Jakai is a odd tanuki of sorts. Reining from a tanuki village in Ranvec, this tanuki is a bit of a jolly, tricky sort. While he carries the usual Ranvec power set, usually he prefers any furs that he eats turned into food or drink. Not just any furs, mind, it has to be the 'best'. Only those are added to his theoretical 'larder'.
To do so, he has some rather unique tricks on paw. One is a enthralling scent. Anyone that breaths it in is enthralled to the tanuki's mind and will, to do whatever that Jakai pleases. The other is a bright light that is emitted from his pouch. Anyone that sees that light ends up mind wiped, believing themselves to be mindless food, just waiting to be eaten. Of course, if by chance they catch a second flash of the light, their mind is restored back to normal.

The biggest ability, though, is his pouch. At times, ti can be a normal pouch, perfectly fine to stow stuff and furs in, nothing special. At other times, however, it transforms into a large pouch maw. A 'direct way' of sorts into the tanuki's belly. Something which Jakai sometimes takes advantage of, letting some unsuspecting fur get close, before the tongue whips out and pulls them in. It can also draw anyone within by way of suction as well~ Such a useful thing, this~
