did not feel fantastic, today, guys, so i decided to take another stab at a piece i've been wanting to do for months, but haven't had the time for.

yeah, i know they're totally not furry, but forgive me, you guys, because sometimes i like to remember that i have human body parts and appreciate them, and i think it's healthy for others to remember that, too.

you can stop throwing shoes at me, now.

quick summary of these guys.
hiryuu sato: aspiring journalist, heir to a fairly impressive fortune, parentless from the age of 4 and raised by his uncle who is recently deceased (?), doesn't remember that he had an "imaginary friend" that actually wasn't imaginary, but was a fucking demon, which brings us to...
raen: a demon (that's just a lamesauce word for a humanlike creature from a different plane who happens to be sort of scary in nature) like an incubus. in his human life, was an aristocrat during the start of the french revolution who wanted to be a pirate or some other awesome job, but was stuck in an arranged marriage with a fucking five year old and couldn't bail without looking like an ingrate. drank poison to avoid being murdered by angry townsfolk thanks to his own demon soulmate, and is now enjoying cursed immortality as hiryuu's guardian.
corey reinhardt: a young musician enjoying (well, not enjoying so much) immense, sudden fame and the rejection of his father for choosing the lifestyle. only friend of hiryuu, who he secretly admires. also has a nephilim, the very cruel and self-loathing...
ixion: was a mousy desk clerk in his previous life, now takes all his repressed anger out on his talented, if somewhat out-of-control, charge. has a serious grudge with raen, who is the reason he's a nephilim in the first place. a total dick, but sort of a justified one.
