Bathing is an important part of drek hygiene, maybe not daily but once every 3 days to a week is preferred.
Bathing helps clean off dried pheromones and dead scales in addition to the more obvious dirt and whanot. Soap won't be (re)invented until around the 70'sPA in larger city states such as Montreal and Saskatoon and won't be a widespread product for at least the next 500 years. So many societies rely on scrapers or abrasive materials to scour their scales clean, something that would be painful to a human though quite fine for a hard scaled drek, in many societies it is common to find scrapers made of wood, bone, stone, and even primitive stal. In addition natural materials such as insect carapaces and seashells are used, the latter being a very popular trade item between underwater abyssal tribes and coastal drekir as the larger shells are far more preferred.
Cleaning is also a group exercise pretty much amongst all drekir, namely due to a drek's inability to reach every part of their body, combined with how comfortable drekir get with their denmates it isn't very unusual to ask for a hand in cleaning off hard to clean places. While some cultures just leave it at a "Clean me and ill clean you", for many drekir in many different societies bathing is optimal social time with their denmates. by 50PA it is a general social norm for drekir to bathe together in one form or another, the variance is more on the "how" between different cultures.

The Romans had scrapers for removing dirt, sweat, and dead skin from the body while in the steam-baths. Dull-edged bronze ones, I think. A light enough touch and human skin can be scraped.
Anyhow, I love the body-language of the drekir here, especially the one with their tongue hanging out! XD Side-note, I also must say I like the somewhat bulbous tails drekir have, they're cute!

yeah drekir would probably use things like that, maybe a bit sharper to scrape off dirt that much better, their hardier scales can tolerate things like that better than human skin.
The bulbous tails here are a natural trait of the Desert breed of drekir (drekipura) which is a seperate breed from the drekir in the comic, temperate drekir (drekifijal). It's basically a camels hump but on your butt

Oh yeah the abyssal tribes of the seas around the DragonScape exist! They're pretty cool though the lore is kinda light on them as I've been more focused on the Undercaves, Skylses, and especially the mainland DragonScape primarily. The drekir in the picture there are just some river bathers in a desert.
I do also love me some funky raptor drakes!
