She's based on Guilala (http://www.tarstarkas.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/02/guilala4.jpg) who has some kind of frills on his arms, legs, and body. Rather than go with full blown frills, I only made areas slightly raised on her arms, legs and front, but they're more pronounced on her back and tail. Can't really see the rest of them because of the outfit, though.
