Recently I posted a new character I made during ArtFight but didn't have time to work on more. So since it's over, I do. And to start work, im doing his shoes.

Now here's the thing. Most anthropomorphic are flat-footed and either go shoeless, fully covered shoes, or some kind of wrap.
But since my guy has digitigrade feet, I had to figure out how to design shoes that might work out better and also look good.

And so I came up with these shoes that are flexible and should allow for some protection. They have both lacing and straps at the front. The tip doesn't have any covering due to some having claws that would stick out. I haven't tried out any other foot types but might do an update to this since I had some liking this idea.
Was told by one when they did clothing. They didn't know how footwear would look and often go without.

Going to try a couple of species and see how that turns out. If anyone has any ideas you like me to try. Just let me know below and I'll see what I can do.
