I dug out an old flash file I had, which was a head and mouth, and my original plan was to lip sync Damian singing a song, but very shortly into it I realized I had almost no syncing experience, so I scrapped it. Today I fished it out to give a half way decent attempt at learning shape tweens.

I'm pretty happy with this overall. There are some problems, but the journey was so much more important than the destination in this case.
