RASCAL RACCOON (COSTUME CONCEPT ART)
This is Stripez in her high-speed crime-fighting alter-ego Rascal Raccoon, able to move so quickly that everyone else is practically frozen in time. Also if you look at the costume closely, you can see that it's made of two backward R's made to also resemble a raccoon mask..clever right?
