When trouble arises, Cindy runs away and becomes Captain Wedgie, the Great Fox of Justice who upholds the law by hanging ne'er-do-wells by their underwear or pants (if they go commando). Her powers is like Superman, minus the weakness to glowing rocks, but she has a Krytonite involving Maximum volume music and the only way to bring her powers back is to destroy the source and eat raw steaks.
