An adopted OC I got from . I decided to name him Kye!

Backstory


When Kye was 2 years younger, he had an older brother named Karter. The two bonded a lot together, and Kye felt closer to him more than anyone else in the world. This was when Quincy was in the process of adopting them. However, one day, a tragic accident happened. While driving, Quincy got into a car accident with a semi-truck. Karter and Kye were in the car when it happened, but compared to Kye, Karter's injuries were more severe. And even though he was rushed to the hospital, he didn't survive the incident. And as such, this left Quincy with only one kitten to adopt.

This moment pained Kye for a full year, with part of the pain lasting throughout the rest of his youth. But even after this happened, he still kept his hope and faith in God, and knew that He was there for him even in that dark moment. And ever since the accident, Kye started to become a bit more open to other people, which lead to a growing bond between him, and the other kids that Quincy and Lina take care of.


Bio


Kye is a tabby kitten who's been diagnosed with autism. As such, his characteristics are much different than the other kids. He prefers not to look at people directly when talking. And he likes spending time with the boys more than the girls (sans for Tammy), and he has special interests, like cars and trains. Amina provides extra attention for Kye whenever he's playing with someone new.

Kye eventually became Tammy's adopted brother. The two love to play together and almost never separate. They do argue sometimes, and even physically fight, but it always gets resolved. Kye is very protective of Tammy and is not afraid to stand up to anybody threatening her.

Like Tammy, Kye has a bathroom issue. He has an overactive bladder and overactive bowels, so he has to use the bathroom much more often. However, he can hold it better than Tammy can.



Personality

Since Kye is diagnosed with autism, he's a bit shy and often wants to be alone. But he loves being around Tammy, the former proven to be his favorite. He doesn't like being rejected, and he can feel very sensitive if he feels that way. But on the contrary, Kye can be quick-tempered. This is one of his glaring traits. If he feels that he's been treated wrong, he can get angry or upset very easily.

Kye is also known to be pretty cheeky, and enjoys playing tricks or jokes on others. But his jokes are generally harmless or non-dangerous, and even when they are (because he's still just a kid), he doesn't intend to hurt anyone.



(For those of you who don't know, I made a raccoon OC named Kye. But I wasn't too fond of the character's species, so this is why this kitten will be the new Kye!)
