The wrist on the arm covering her breasts is seriously off, looks like it's broken or something... not straight with the arm. On the same arm, it starts small at the shoulder, then widens towards the elbow. Were you trying foreshadowing? The tails also look off, but acceptable. The bellybutton is a little too high, looks like it's along the bottom of the rib. The knees also look odd, the curve is a little too pronounced, makes them look like skin-flaps.
