I took me good time to find out the actual race :D I *think* he is a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helmeted_Hornbill . But your suggestion is good, too.. mhh
Definitely a hornbill, definitely NOT a Helmeted hornbill. When IDing birds, the only discolouration you'll see in a bird species is albino, leucistic, and melanistic.
Basically, pure white with pink eyes/possibly legs (not sure), partially albino, and darkened pigments and/or completely black.
There are variations of plumage, but this is most certainly not it. o-o
