The "Empty Vessel" one of the more horrifying creatures I've been commissioned to illustrate, featured in the Monsters and Magic manual by Windmill Slam Games
Having read the description of this creature, it is the stuff of nightmares, the monster manual has the full res image, description, potential story uses, stats and more related to this creature:

The book(Available in physical or pdf forms) is fully illustrated manual with various magical items and monsters for use in tabeltop RPGs.(The stat sheets are D&D but it can be used with any game.)
