(Here's the series of artwork I did for that particular module: https://www.deviantart.com/onholyse.....ous-Collection Lot of great concepts here, most of which can also be found in the new kickstarter monster manual, including the trow and half-giant races)
The cowl is one of many creatures found in the new monster manual Windmill Slam Games is currently kickstarting, to read the descriptions(Which, having read, I think are pretty great.) and see the stats and implementations you'll have to pick up the book itself. (Available in multiple forms including a lower priced Pdf.)
