Tsugikomu is a male aligator in his forties. Masculine, imposing and fierce looking, the first judgment you will have of him will be correct : he's a bad guy. He spends his days working as a freight transporter, delivering various merchandises to the majority of the city districts.
The implants on his body will tell you that he belongs to one of Kōsaten's most controversial religions: Chōetsu. Literally meaning trenscandance, this religion focuses on new technologies and the hope of reaching a virtual paradise to spend eternity there. Nevertheless, it remains frowned upon by the majority of individuals, judging it to be a sect in opposition to fundamentals, especially as these followers modify their bodies with illegal cybernetic devices.
He is one of the figures of the movement even if his ideals are not as extreme as those of its mysterious leader.
