I drew this using the program Corel Painter 11. I like it and I got this nifty little artwork done wihtin about 30 minutes. I sm sad I accidently cut off it's head. Maybe I'll redraw it another time and give him a big smile :1

I'm trying to decide if the right arm is too big, or if it's perfectly fine like that... it's sort of hard to tell, since it's the closer arm, but I'm going to go ahead and say this is fine. hips could be a bit more wider or shapely, but that's just a thought, and the part where the penorz would normally go extends a bit too far down, but it's a minor thing.
