Speaking of picnics, which I have recently done a lot of, this actually was what I brought to the Jaxfurs Picnic of several years ago...
These are simple but tasty wraps, filled each with spinach, either Ham or Roast Beef, and different cream cheese spreads.
A simple and easy thing to do and then sliced into small pieces.
The cream cheese spreads were based off a simple combination.
8 Oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Mayonaise
Whip together till smooth.
From that point, add in flavorful ingredients to your liking! Fresh Basil and Italian herbs work great. For something spicy a little buffalo sauce can do wonders. Something sweet? A little vanilla, sugar, and maybe a little cinnamon as well.
A little spread can go a LONG way with a wrap so you don't need a whole lot... course in this case, it was a lot of wraps.
