Yes, it's him... Dr Ivo 'Eggman' Robotnik. I know, Sonic and Tails, I know...
He is definitely a big baddie who's turned innocent little critters into robots, he kidnapped a mother and her daughter many years ago, and he loves being evil, but I just want to ask him what he thinks of this invention, similar to the pig vat trap in Saw III:
The Garbage Booth.
Basically, there's a robotic claw that picks up bags filled with rotting rubbish and drops them into four circular saws (only two are depicted here), which will turn the rubbish more liquidy and drop it all into a booth with an undesirable person held down by a metal collar holding them against the wall by the neck. The metal collar is locked by a padlock and key. The key is in another part of the room where the trap is located, but another person (who's been hurt by the person in the actual trap) has to forgive the victim and find the key where it is, before the liquified rubbish can drown the victim.
It's making me sick just thinking about it, but hey, I'm brave, and Eggy loves brutality and cruelty. It's in his nature.
