So this is a new spieces I'm creating called a Rookarow (Rook-a-row). This is a WIP and is sooo not finished. I'd like to add this is a male you can determin a Rookarow's gender by the bone spikes that hang over its head. He uses these to attract a mate and hypnotize her(the color bands on the bone spikes start to glow) while he quickly mates with her. The female Rookarow is larger than a male and will kill him given the chance so he must do it very quickly and carefully.
