YAY IT'S PIPS! Even if she's a background character, she deserves a ref sheet. We'll definitely be seeing a few more comic strips with her in them.
I almost made her a lemon dalmatian just because that's the most adorable-sounding name EVER, as opposed to liver dalmatian. Yuck.
