I figured it'd be Bill. Of the Core 4 he's the only one that really seems like the type to throw himself on the grenade, so to speak. Francis wouldn't, cause he's an ass. Zoe wouldn't, cause she's the Group Girl. Not sure Louis would, since the legal dept would get butthurt over people being offended by the other three feeding the black dude to the zombies.

They had no choice, the voice actor for Bill quit Valve. That's why they are making the comic of Bills death instead of a cut scene.

They killed Bill cause his voice actor is in jail.

Heh no that was a rumor. The other rumors was he was dead, in hospital, and dead in jail.

All it was is that he was either unavailable or he quit. Not available really. So valve hadta pass him on.

Valve would have racial activists jumping up and down at them and calling them racist for doing that if Louis were to be killed off and have articles for racial controversy one after another, like they did with Capcom when Resident Evil 5 was first announced. Though I did predict it'd be Bill.

Bill was a fun character to use in Left 4 Dead. It's a shame his VA couldn't be contacted, though, thus leading to him dying off.
