This handsome maned wolf use to be devotedly in love with another.
But this other female who he doted on did not return his feelings.
Yet she played with his feelings and professed she did indeed love him.
To this proclaim of love he made sure to do the best he could, rather it be in hunting or through fighting.
He had almost reached his goal when the bittersweet claws of death griped his beloved to be.
Once she realized this really was the end she opened her mouth to speak the truth.
Claim she never really loved him.....But no words came out of his loves mouth.
Instead she went limp.
As he watched his belove die before him, he cried to the heavens his pain.
With her gone from his life this young wolf has no purpose.
