Reiver93 . They also requested to add a character of mine featured with their character Courtney. I've chosen Regina, since she's also a racer, but more of an endurance racer (24Hours du Mans, Daytona 24H, etc.) and Courtney is a Formula 1 racer.
The place is inspired from the top floor of Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
