This horrifying putrid abomination is in stark contrast to the Ogre Runt.
This bloated lumbering giant has never wanted for meat, being naturally larger, more vicious, albeit definitely not smarter, than other ogre kin from birth. This brutish butcher lurks the depths of the ogre dome's underground bloodworks, scraping long rusty blade along the metal corridors sniffing for any prey foolish enough to wander into that hellish place.
Like many ogres, this eviscerator is immune to pestilence and the sickness of rot and decay, bubbling pus filled pustules line his frame and folds, and the rotting meat and entrails rapped around him in makeshift hide pose no threat to him, but great threat to those he comes in contact with.
No doubt, even if his hooks or blade doesn't kill you, the bacteria and festering diseases coating his unclean arsenal will surely do the trick.
Beasties like this fellow hunch at 19' - 20-odd' Feet tall, with weights well over 10,000 lbs.
Although his bloated legs may look lame, he is able to move his weight with relative ease, his dumpy footsteps causing the walls and floor to shake as he lumbers after his prey.
tl;dr: Big fat spooky ugly pig man is scary and mean and doesn't take a bath.
