As the doors of the pokemon gymnasium draw open, you rush inside with a pokeball clenched in your right hand. You walk up to the sports equipment to toss the pokeball high into the air only to release your trusted sidekick Cinderace. You say to her whilst lifting some weights, getting pumped up!

"Alright Cindy, Time for us to work out and exercise our muscles for our next Gym battle ya ready!?"

Yet as you look over at your partner, Cinderace greets you with a small grin as she bounces happily on a yoga ball. Her soles sway back and forth at you as you try to get her to focus! Looks like it's gonna be a long day of training!
