I've been training with my SDiT for about 8 months now, and although the rona has put a pause on any of our public training, she is still doing a great job.
For the first time in a long time, I finally feel like I am getting control of my life again.. I dont really wanna get too sappy on FA, but anyone who knows me personally knows that I went through some really tramatic stuff about 5 years ago and Ive just been spinning since.
She gives me freedom.

i don't know if this is much coming from a stranger, but i'm happy to hear that things have been getting better for you lately!! going through trauma is rough, but you'll always find the light on the other side, and new, better things will come into your life. wishing you the best of luck <3
