In the Wildlife Refuge for the Wichita Mountains there are a few cobblestone buildings denoted on various ranger maps as 'manors'. This one has been uninhabited for some time. I believe the park rangers come by and apply fresh paint to the boards every so often, will have to look into that. To my knowledge tho, the green tiles you see remain unchanged since my childhood.
