OMG This turned out so freaking good. And extremely healthy as well. The only ingredient in this that I had no idea what it does is Xanthan Gum (and that was in the hot sauce).

I look forward to posting a number of other recipes that my roommate and I have worked out. I'll link to his FA if he wants me to ^_^ It's great because he works at Whole Foods, so we get some really good ingredients at a discount.
