I will probably never know why a nurse walked past with the biggest damn bolt cutters I ever saw, and perhaps that's for the better. Some mysteries should remain mysteries.
In case you wonder what I was doing in the ER, I had another of those episodes with acute chest pains radiating out in the arms, shortness of breath, nausea and cold sweating. Anxiety attacks have the same symptoms as heart attacks for some reason. #intelligentdesign

Hmm... Could it start with the chest and arm pains...? I've had that, and got extremely anxious. I thought I was experiencing heart attacks. After my second trip to the ER, and nothing to show on the ECG, my personal physician started to look for a reason. She found it: I had two vertebra that didn't sit right. So when I worked with bread delivery, they started pressing on nerves, which gave me the pain...
